Build the core Flexigas fitting connection in the right order.

Cut in the valley, expose the last four corrugations, seat both semi-circular collets correctly, bring the fitting together and tighten with two suitably sized spanners.

Complete the required gas-tightness test before wrapping the fitting gap with yellow silicone tape.

For Gas Safe registered engineers holding the relevant competence. Use genuine Flexigas tubing with genuine Flexigas fittings only.

Flexigas is for gas. Ridgeline is for water. Different systems; the same question: how many fittings does the route really need?

This illustrated house starts with five water destinations and a conventional cut-and-join layout. The concealed fitting counter reaches 24.

Then the house, outlets and route stay fixed. Ridgeline's corrugated 316L stainless steel sweeps around the same corners in long continuous runs, reducing the model's concealed fitting count route by route from 24 to 0.

The point is not that every house has 24 fittings. It is that every avoidable elbow adds two connections behind the building fabric.

Most leaks start at a joint.
Fewer joints. Fewer leaks.

Flexigas is for gas. Ridgeline is for water. Different systems; the same focus on simplifying the route before adding another fitting.

Most leaks start at a joint. On a concealed water route, every unnecessary elbow adds two connections: one in, one out.

Ridgeline's corrugated 316L stainless steel bends around corners in long continuous runs, helping installers remove unnecessary elbows and keep more connections at accessible ends.

Same wall. Same water.
Fewer joints. Fewer leaks.

Planning an awkward water route? Send it to us.

30/07/2026

UK insurers pay out £1.8 million every day for escape-of-water damage.

One elbow means two connections: one in, one out. Put enough unnecessary fittings behind walls, floors and ceilings and every connection becomes another potential leak point to manage.

Ridgeline bends with the route in continuous lengths of corrugated 316L stainless steel—reducing the need for unnecessary elbows and the connection points that come with them.

Eliminate Elbows.
