The Archers Festive Tractor Run is always a great showcase of community spirit, and it’s fantastic to see it lighting up local streets once again.

🎄✨ Just a Few Days To Go! ✨🚜

The Archers Festive Tractor Run 2025 will once again be lighting up our local streets on Saturday 20th December (Rugby Area) and Sunday 21st December (South Leicestershire Area).

We absolutely love seeing the community come together, and your enthusiasm is what makes this event so magical each year. However, to ensure the event remains enjoyable and safe for everyone, we kindly ask all spectators to follow the important safety reminders below:

📢 Please remain clear of the road at all times
Parents and adults — we know capturing the perfect photo is tempting, but Please avoid stepping out into the road or leaning out unexpectedly to try & get that perfect photo 📸 our tractors & Lorrys are pretty big vehicles and need plenty of space to pass safely.🙏

👶🚶 Keep children close and supervised
With the excitement of the lights and music, little ones can easily wander towards the road. Please ensure children stay well back and remain under close supervision at all times.

🐶 Dogs must be on a lead or kept at home
For everyone’s safety, please keep dogs securely on a lead if they are attending — or consider leaving them at home to avoid unnecessary stress or sudden movements near the convoy.

🛒👶 Pushchairs and prams must stay away from the kerb
To allow the convoy to pass safely, please keep all prams and pushchairs well back from the roadside.
Your cooperation helps us ensure this much-loved Christmas tradition remains merry, bright, and above all, safe for years to come. 🎅✨

Access to our yard from Lutterworth Road has been restored.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE – STATION ROAD 🚧

Please be aware that Station Road is currently closed immediately after the junction with Lutterworth Road due to emergency works by Severn Trent.
This means there is no access to our yard from Lutterworth Road.

✅ We are still fully accessible via Ashby Magna or Holt Lane.
