City One Group - Julia Scoville and Christina Yakovleva are co-founders and Directors of the company established in 2015. Our main strategy is collaboration. Specifically to help our clients access better property deals and opportunities to benefit from our projects in West Sussex and surrounding areas through our development projects wether it will be new build or re-development.
We have successfully took project through planning, obtained planning permission and have build 6 brand new units in Croydon (2 - 2 bed houses and 4 - 1 bed flats). Achieving £1.5m GDV. Our next project is 6 flats in Burgess Hill and many more in pipe line.
We have also successfully refurbed 12 houses in Crawley including full gutting and stripping, garage conversions, rear extensions and loft conversions. All adding significant value to the property.
We were published in a book “Property Trendsetters”, presented as guest speakers in various property networking events, we are well regarded by a local council and seen as experts on the market. Our passion to create a standard of living that everyone deserves, either being a tenant or first time buyer.
