This Van won't be transiting the waterways... But the product of this workspace will!

This customer came to us with a set of requirements for the size of shelves and a work area etc. We worked to create this multi use package!

🚙 - mk 7.5 Ford Transit L3H2 RWD

🔵 Storage racking

🔹3 small parts shelves per unit
🔹Moveable & removable dividers
🔹Large open lower shelves + floor space for larger items
🔹Constructed with 12mm black phenolic ply
🔹Slotted + screwed together for Ultimate longevity
🔹Bolted into the van for stiffness

🔵 Custom Standing desk / work table

🔹Large work service for fitting of a vice
🔹Shelf for tools + temporary storage
🔹Tie down points for securing loads

Howdy (Peugeot) Partner! 🛠️ No cowboys here! Just precision. From a 3D design through to manufacturing on our CNC this Partner was kitted out to suit our customer and help them to keep an organised and efficient mobile workspace.

🔵 18mm False floor to encase an Armorgard & store ladders

🔵 Custom 12mm flat rack for Makita organizers

🔵 Custom 12mm open racking unit for specific item storage

🔵 Custom 12mm small parts cubby for screws & accessories

This was one of a pair of Partners we treated to ply lining a couple of weeks ago and one is back for some racking! Slotted glued & screwed together this racking is going nowhere.

Here we have this 2025 Transit Custom Hybrid completed for a repeat customer.

This one created some interesting challenges we haven't come across before! Hybrid vans have much larger battery packs & covered areas over their ICE counterparts.

This gave us less space to play with regarding bolting down this drawer designed for a 200kg+ generator.

🔵 Small parts racks with adjustable inserts

🔵 Wheel arch box storage for rolls of tape

This came out really nice and will allow for the organization of a brand new work van!

Here we have this 2025 Renault Traffic we had in for a fitout!

This one was challenging space wise as the frontal unit turned out to be massive! Had lots of interesting design elements that we enjoyed working with!

🔵 Full ply lining kit with 12mm floor

🔵 12mm / 9mm front storage area with slots for, for-sale / rent signs

🔵 12mm wheel arch box storage for smaller items screws and tools

🔵 18mm / 12mm storage 'bed' for long & short pole storage
