Well this job was supposed to be a quick skim job, but it kind of went south. Some of the old plaster was loose so we took it off only to fine some serious problems with the overall structure of the house. So we had to walk away and wait for a structural engineer to do what they do. Then finally it was all safe for me and my lads to continue with our work. Unfortunately the cost escalated as its unforseen. We can't see everything. We also won't take on any work we dont know about or can't complete to a safe standard. Eventually we did come back and complete the job, as we do. Anyway its all nice and ready for the customer to move back in and enjoy there nice new home. It is what it is. So for any work requirement let me know, see if we can sort it for you. A big thanks again to DJL Plastering for joining me on this project.
