Why sacrifice valuable space to a swinging door? 🚪

Pocket doors are becoming an increasingly popular choice for homeowners looking to create flexible living spaces whilst also saving valuable floor space.

Unlike traditional swing doors, pocket doors slide neatly into a cavity within the wall, maximising floor space and helping rooms feel more open and connected. Perfect for renovations, extensions, or new-build projects, pocket doors can help you:

✅ Maximise available space
✅ Create flexible living areas
✅ Enhance your home's interior design
✅ Achieve a clean, contemporary look with concealed hardware

Whether you're opening up a kitchen-diner, creating a home office, or making a compact room feel larger, pocket doors offer a stylish and practical solution.

Fire Door Safety Week 2026 🔥

Fire doors are designed to save lives, helping to slow the spread of fire and smoke and providing valuable time for safe evacuation. However, they can only do their job if they're properly maintained and free from damage.

Here is what to watch out for:
🚪 Fire doors being propped open
🔨 Damage to the door or door frame
🪟 Cracked or damaged glass panels
📏 Excessive gaps between the door and frame

If you spot any of these issues, report them immediately. A simple action could help prevent a fire door from failing when it's needed most.

✅ See it. Report it. Help save lives.
