The process, step by step:

1️⃣ Dry mix first to activate the binders

2️⃣ Add clean water and mix to a smooth, pourable consistency

3️⃣ Pour directly onto the paving

4️⃣ Spread diagonally with a squeegee to fully fill the joints

5️⃣ Clean off at the right time — not too early, not too late

6️⃣ Leave to cure for a strong, long‑lasting finish

TIP 💡 this setup works especially well with large‑format porcelain when you want speed and a premium result

Thinking about using bark in your garden? It can help soil hold moisture, keeps weeds down, protect roots from frost, and it also gives flower beds a clean and tidy finish 🌱

But when is the best time to lay it? Late Spring or Autumn ideally, so make sure you plan this project in before Christmas!

Go for a layer around 5 - 7 cm thick to avoid piling it up around stems 🪏

Different types of bark suit different jobs. Bark mulch and landscaping bark is great for flower beds, while play bark works well in play areas 🌻
