Primary school refurbishment in Manchester.

The existing Subfloor had failed due to recent floods within two classrooms.

Works process -
Removal of approximately 30 tonne of old material into skips Apply a compacted sand base ready for the dpc sheet. Install 20 tonne of 10mm washed pea gravel upto 20mm lower than datum. Pump in 14 tonne of leveling compound upto datum.

Now they have newly laid 120mm unbonded substrate ready for the soft floor installers to lay the carpets.

IFP epoxy resin high build system supplied for a returning customer, on this occasion it was imperative to create a non-slip finish so we introduced an aluminum oxide scatter into the specification.
