Sales assistant / driver - Folkestone
If you are good at building a rapport with a wide range of people, own a positive outlook and have a UK driving license, then our delivery driver / sales assistant role at SRS UPVC Centre is for you. This role is all about providing great customer service to all, in store and when carrying out deliveries to homes and businesses.
About you
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure
• Able to operate electronic tills
• Valid driving license - clean is essential
• over the age of 25 for insurance
• Likes a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key
requirements
• previous experience working on a trade counter selling building materials
• previous experience of using Sage is preferred but not essential
• previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not essential
• must be able to use Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel etc.)
• Excellent time keeping
• the ability to operate a computer is essential
on the job training will be provided
the salary is competitive
The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 7.00am-4.30pm with Saturdays 8am-12pm on a Rota with colleagues.
