Introducing Douglas! If you’ve dropped into the Glasgow depot, you’d probably met him at the counter or around the yard.

His area of expertise is brick specials, having worked for Ibstock Kevington and as a specials manufacturer before coming to Bricklink.

He’s also the in-house Hardie® Plank expert who’s experienced in the product but also the logistics side, making even the most challenging of deliveries work for customers. He said: ‘We’ve got an order going out to Shetland right now! There’s a local carrier up that way and we’ll deliver to them. We’ve got a great group of hauliers and delivery partners that we work with.’
