It's World Mental Health Week!

We hosted a coffee morning at our head office to spread awareness and get people talking about mental health. We chose to raise money for Cruse Scotland, a bereavement charity that supports people’s mental health through grief.

The theme this year was taking action for yourself, for someone else and for all of us.
We asked our staff what actions they are taking to improve their own mental health and what actions they are taking to support others' mental health.
