Administration Assistant

Due to steady company growth, a newly created permanent position is now offered for an Administration Assistant at our premises in Glenrothes.

This role will fully support all departments with their non-digital filing requirements and other ad-hoc basic office administration duties.

The successful candidate will:
• Be literate, self-motivated, conscientious, reliable and trustworthy
• Have good attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organisational skills
• Adhere to existing procedures and processes
• Be available to start immediately

This NMW position is to be 16 hours per week, flexing Monday through Friday between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00, to accommodate the needs of the business and the successful candidates’ personal circumstances.
