Since starting at our Cebastone Factory 31 years ago, Tim has experienced what it means to be part of a business loaded with opportunity. After 11 years at Cebastone, he moved to the Clay side of the business to manage the despatch side of Samples, and today he is proud to serve as Samples Manager.

Throughout his career, Tim has built strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the Ibstock Group, and he continues to grow in his new role.

Starting out in 2002 with Forticrete as a CAD and Technical Assistant, Tim's career has grown through dedication and expertise — progressing to lead the Technical team before moving to Anderton in 2009.

With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Tim has seen first-hand how innovation and teamwork drive progress. Their journey is a testament to continuous growth and a commitment to passing on knowledge to the next generation.

Our roof tiles undergo rigorous testing to BS EN 490 and 491 standards, ensuring their strength, durability and long-term performance. What's more, the tiles also undergo rigorous permeability testing, are subjected to freeze-thaw cycles from -20°C to +20°C and are continually benchmarked to maintain Kitemark accreditation meaning they can be specified in complete confidence, every time.

Since joining Ibstock in 2019, Chloe has experienced what it truly means to be part of a place where you can make a difference. Starting out in the Samples team, Chloe initially focused on handling the entry and detailing of sample requests. Over time, her role has grown to include managing all Samples administration and supporting the Marketing team with various projects — a journey that’s helped her grow in confidence and strengthen their skills.

Working with a fantastic group of colleagues, Chloe values being part of a small but collaborative team where everyone’s input and strengths are recognised — all contributing to making Ibstock’s Samples experience the leading one in the market.
