FINALLY!! After several weeks, the wheels are now here.
UPS screwed this right up, import tax due, and UPS didn't contact me whatsoever. Keya did as they spotted the problem.
Hours on phone getting passed round half of "customer support" and they finally tell me how much is due. Great - can I pay it and get my stuff?
Err, no, you need to wait for an invoice to be generated. Which never came. More calls, more, more...
Eventually, this top lad in Inverness UPS depot calls me and says he can hold them there and I can pay on collect. Awesome. Except there's only 2 in Aberdeen and 2 in Birmingham. "Don't pay until they're all here or you'll never see them"
Got them on the way to train yesterday so finally can move forward.
Phoned up UPS and chose the option to complain. Passed around a bit before being told it can't be done on phone, you have to email. It was literally an option of your phone call you fannies!
I need a drink...
