Our new MAN TGX 640 has so many amazing features, mod cons and exciting new technology — but for us, the most special part of receiving the keys on Monday had nothing to do with what’s under the bonnet.
It was finally seeing the incredible artwork completed by .airbrush.art
An emotional moment, but one that made us incredibly proud. ❤️
Neil — our big boss, father and father-in-law — sadly passed away in April 2026. Life simply hasn’t been the same since, at work or at home.
Neil was, and always will be, Riverside Quarry.
He loved his work, he was immensely proud of what the business had become over the years, and he loved nothing more than chatting with customers, old and new.
So, as a tribute to Neil, we thought it was only right that he should still be with us at work, wherever the road takes us.
From now on, he’ll forever be riding sh***un. ❤️
This incredible image has been airbrushed entirely by hand, and the finished artwork is absolutely exceptional.
Sadly, Neil never got to see the new truck, but we know he would have loved it. We know just how proud he would have been to see it heading out to work, flying the flag for Riverside Quarry up and down the country.
The image itself makes the tribute even more special.
It depicts Pipeline, one of the gruelling sections of the Scottish Six Days Trial, held every May — and we couldn’t think of a more fitting tribute to our hero.
This truck means so much more to us than simply adding another vehicle to the fleet.
For us, it’s more than just a truck.
It’s family. It’s memories. It’s pride. It’s a way of life.
Rest in peace, Neil.
