- **Compliance Management**: Oversee and maintain adherence to the company’s O Licence requirements, ensuring all operations stay legal and compliant.
- **Legislative Advisory**: Provide expert advice to the director on transport legislation, helping to navigate regulatory changes and implications for our operations.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep accurate and up-to-date company records in line with O Licence and other regulatory standards.
- **FORS Application**: Play a key role in the eventual application for the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS), ensuring our fleet meets the necessary standards.

- Proven experience in a transport management role, with a strong understanding of transport legislation.
- Ability to be listed on the company’s O Licence as required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
