Check out this little humdinger !

A Martin 0-17 from 1932, these don’t come around this immaculate very often especially the pre-war shade tops with bar frets.

Came into the workshop for a once over and new saddle.

All original with no cracks… what a beauty

One of my own builds is up for sale !

My 000-18 features a Torrefied Adirondack spruce top with scalloped bracing with beautiful old growth mahogany back and sides. It has a one piece Honduran mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and bridge. It also features my vintage patina nitrocellulose finish with a light distressing.

Old style nut width at 44mm and 59mm bridge string spacing.

The guitar has a truly authentic vintage tone with fantastic playability for both flat picking and finger style.

Please DM me if you are interested or have any questions.

Absolutely Mint and beautiful 1923 Gibson Lloyd Loar A1 mandolin came in for a re-fret and setup. Don’t see many of these in such pristine condition, especially for an instrument that’s over 100 years old.

Nice šŸ‘

One of my 00s with a relic finish featuring some beautiful Indian rosewood back and sides with a Torrified Sitka spruce top. It was fun building this one.

Really nice very rare 1929 Gibson L-0 12th fret came in to the workshop for a setup. Gibson only made the L-0 as a 12 fret model for 2 years before moving to a 14 fret design. This particular guitar was in unbelievable all original condition with its paper label and case still intact.

Another pre-war beauty

Here’s a cool bit of electronic history, This is an early 70s Dan Armstrong Ampeg Perspex guitar with some cool modifications. The brass hardware and fingerboard inlays aren’t original but definitely make this Ampeg stand out. Keith Richard’s famously used a Ampeg through the 70s with the Rolling Stones.

Nice.
