🙌 Meet the Team: Paul Turner - Transport Co-Ordinator

Paul started with Len Kirk Plant Hire in July 2001 as a HGV driver. Having spent 21 years on the road, building extensive knowledge and experience within the transport side of the business.

In July 2022, Paul took on a new challenge and transitioned into the office as our Transport Co Ordinator. Since then, he has played a key role in planning daily deliveries, organising transport, pricing jobs, and helping keep everything running smoothly for both our sites and customers.

Known for his reliability, hands on expertise, and willingness to support the team, Paul plays a vital role in the operation every day. And naturally, if Nottingham Forest comes up in conversation, Paul is never short of an opinion 🔴🌳😉

A huge thank you to Paul for all his hard work, commitment, and dedication over the years, it really is greatly appreciated!

Stress Awareness Month | April 👷‍♂️🧠

Mental wellbeing is something we take seriously at Daniel Charles!

We have 3 trained Mental Health First Aiders available to offer support, guidance, and a listening ear when it’s needed. We also provide access to an Employee Assist Programme, giving everyone confidential mental health support, advice, and wellbeing resources.

This Stress Awareness Month, we’re encouraging open conversations, checking in with each other, and recognising that asking for support is a strength, not a weakness. 💙🤝
