Another tidy install from Friday.

We poured 5.2m³ of liquid screed using Cemfloor Level Plus, a high-performance screed designed specifically for retrofit and low-build systems like the one shown here.

One of the big advantages of Level Plus is its excellent strength at reduced depths, meaning we can install it as thin as 12mm over the top of underfloor heating pipes while still delivering a strong, durable finish ready for floor coverings.

Perfect for refurbishment projects where floor height is limited but you still want the benefits of a fully encapsulated liquid screed and efficient underfloor heating.

Out on site yesterday at a large bungalow renovation in Hibaldstow.

With 80 meters worth of pipe on really showing the capabilities of our Overmat on site batching wagon.

Great progress being made, with a good client of ours completing the preparation work to a really high standard. Proper prep makes all the difference, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivers the best possible finish.

This project also highlights the real benefits of underfloor heating (UFH) — even heat distribution, improved efficiency, and a clean, modern solution without the need for radiators. Perfect for renovations like this where comfort and performance are key.

Due to the continued growth of our screed supply and installation service, we’ve made the decision to separate the liquid screeding side of the business from our concrete operations.
