It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of our founder and my mum Sheron. Starting a business on a shoestring budget and pure determination, Sheron and Ian set out with an idea and whole lot of hard work. I’m proud to have worked alongside my mum and learned so much from her. Her kindness, dedication, honesty, hard work and commitment was and will continue to be an inspiration to me. IBS has been going for 40 years and it’s thanks to this amazing woman.
I think it’s safe to say she will be greatly missed by staff, customers and myself.
