We had a customer today complaing about the price of an item, it was a pack of 2 speedfit inserts priced at £1.50 "that's daylight robbery" I was told. After the customer left I checked the price at a well known retailer in Ruabon, £7.76 for 10 thats £1.55 for the equivalent 2. We hear comments like this a lot, We realise we are more expensive on some things, we dont have the buying power of the big companies. What we offer is convenience, if we weren't here that would be a trip to Ruabon to buy a pack of 10 when all you really wanted was 2.
