is once again delighted to support one of our esteemed clients by supplying a fleet of Mercedes EQVs to Rolls-Royce in Chichester for the second consecutive year. These vehicles serve as VIP shuttles at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Rolls-Royce, a global leader in luxury vehicles, operates a production and service facility on a landscaped campus near the historic Goodwood Motor Circuit.

The company has long supported the Goodwood Festival of Speed, one of the world’s premier automotive celebrations , now in its 31st year. Rolls-Royce invites international guests to view their latest models in an exhibit area close to Goodwood House.

In 2024, Rolls Royce continued to highlight their commitment to electrification with the presentation of the Spectre, their first all-electric luxury car. To complement this shift towards sustainable transportation, they again requested four Mercedes EQVs, the leading electric MPV based on the popular V Class.

EV Hire has provided four Mercedes EQVs for transporting Rolls Royce guests from airports to hotels and between hotels and the Festival of Speed site throughout the event

Managing Director Daryl Pearce expressed pride in supporting one of the UK’s most prestigious companies for their VIP transportation needs.

“The Mercedes EQV is undoubtedly a class leader in the all-electric MPV sector,” he said. “With flexible seating configurations, a luxurious interior, and a range of over 200 miles, no other all-electric vehicle can offer the same level of comfort and luxury for VIP guests at an event like the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

“EV Hire was honored to be chosen again as a supplier and looks forward to future collaborations with our client and Rolls-Royce.”

The team at EV Hire got to meet the Tesla Cybertruck in the steel this evening down @ The Tesla Store, Westfields. It was a surreal experience to say the least. Wow. This thing is huge! We hope that our Day 1 reservations will one day become a reality for our fleet here in the UK. For now that is an unknown……! (Come on Elon…..)
