Another successful project completed through Build Up Foundation.

Our livery and members are proud to support such a fantastic charity that helps young people design & build new community spaces, creating safe and relaxing environments where children can play or meet with friends & families can come together.

Our charitable donations, which have included building materials and equipment, have enabled a number of derelict spaces like Aldriche Way Housing Estate in Waltham Forest, a playground at Loughborough Junction and another area at Flanders Way in Hackney to be completely transformed.

Projects like these help rebuild communities and inspire young children and adults to achieve. They encourage and pride in their local area, and give children a purpose and focus. It also provides opportunities for learning new skills to help support future development.

We're pleased to support a new charity called Down Tools Tools, set up to fight knife crime. The organisation is reaching into schools and working with young people to build awareness about the dangers, risks and consequences of carrying knives.

WCoBM's donation was used to print 20,000 bookmarks, which will be distributed to schools across the UK from this September.

The bookmark highlights key messages on avoiding knife crime and promotes the Company's bursary support towards training and education.
