With the preparation and setting out complete, the transformation is really starting to take shape as each plank goes down.

This project covers the hallway, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, creating a completely fresh, warm and timeless look throughout the home.

Day 1 was all about stripping the property back and getting it ready for the new floor.

✅ Old carpets & flooring removed
✅ Skirting boards carefully removed
✅ Areas cleared for preparation

Next Day 2 | major prep work, setting everything out and getting the first line down before laying the new engineered wood flooring. 👌

🔨 Something a little different from restoration this time round... 🏡✨

We’ve started a large flooring transformation for one of our clients. 🛠️

The job involves removing the existing carpets, underlay and old flooring throughout the hallway, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms before preparing the property ready for a new Golden Brushed engineered wood floor selected by the client.

There’s a lot of preparation involved in this one before the new flooring starts going down, but it should completely transform the property once finished. 🙌

📋 The project includes:

🧹 Carpet and old flooring removal
🔧 Subfloor preparation
🪵 Engineered wood installation
✨ Golden Brushed finish

A great project for us and a nice change from our usual sanding and restoration work. 🔨🪵

We’ll share some progress photos along the way 📸 and, of course, the finished transformation once complete. 👌✨
