Another extensive renovation completed! Really pleased with how this one has turned out ๐
We have converted this property to HMO (house of multiple occupants). We have dealt with the council and fire inspectors, to get the property up to regulatory standards.
Architects drawings, structural engineers calculations, and building regulation certificates obtained to complete the structural alterations.
Fully furnished and ready to rent out to the council as a HMO property to house people in need.
