A great signing for the safeguard team this week as we welcome Chris Smith to the team (formerly Smith’s Plumbing & heating).

Chris will be turning over to the commercial and industrial sectors with us whilst also sharing his 20 years+ of engineering and business experience with some of our guys who are coming through. 🤝

Another great kid from a local school has spent some time on work experience with our engineers this week.

Kaden slotted straight in with the guys and had a reportedly great time on a couple of our work sites. A few years back we had his older brother with us for work experience and both young men are an equal credit to their family.

We wish Kaden all the best with his final year in school.. and of course the coffers maybe a few quid lighter for the effort. (Allegedly)

Due to sensitive sites and areas we are limited on what we can share online for this client. But this week we started an MEP biased FM contract with Games Workshop in earnest.

The contract will have us working alongside the GW facilities teams as we carry out various installation, decarbonisation, reactive, ppm and compliance tasks, with multiple trade disciplines attending their sites within the Midlands region, which is where it all began for this ever-growing FTSE 100 company.

After much negotiation over recent months we are very happy to have upgraded ad-hoc involvement into a stronger working relationship! 🤝

Mirroring some of the works we are involved with in Germany this week it is also good to be taking on more gas compliance and remedial work for another site owned by a hotel chain we have worked with for many years.

Today we carried out a pre-start survey for a new client in Munich.

In a couple of weeks we’ll be sending an engineering team over to Germany to assist with expansion loops and improvements on an existing MP to LP gas network. 🇬🇧🤝🇩🇪

A sunny morning spent closing out more validations and prelims ahead of an upcoming downstream gas network upgrade for a longstanding client. 👷🏼‍♂️📋👨🏻‍💻

After multiple surveys alongside a longstanding client we started our first round of mechanical works at ITP Aerospace yesterday. (FKA the Rolls Royce Factory).

By the end of this coming weekend our cryogenic techs and pipe fitters will have successfully cut in a number of industrial process meters that are capable of sending data back to ITP’s head office in Bizkaia, Spain.
