About Us

We are a fast-growing local merchant specialising in plumbing supplies, heating systems, bathroom fittings and kitchens. As our customer base expands, we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our small, friendly team. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.

Role Overview

This is a dual role covering both delivery driving and warehouse duties. You will be responsible for loading and unloading stock, preparing orders for dispatch, and making local deliveries. Manual lifting of heavy equipment is a regular part of this job.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 5.00pm
Location: Shirebrook, Mansfield
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely – including heavy items like boilers, radiators, and bathroom suites.

• Prepare customer orders accurately and pack securely for transport.

• Drive the company vehicles to deliver supplies to trade and domestic customers locally.

• Keep the warehouse organised and follow all health and safety guidelines.

• Assist with stock checks and receiving new deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be aged 28 or over (a strict requirement for our commercial vehicle insurance).

• Full UK driving licence with a clean or low-point record.

• Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual lifting/heavy handling.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional when dealing with customers.

• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.

• Previous experience in warehousing or driving is a plus, but training will be provided.
