The birds are back on form after a few quiet days due to the exceptional heat, with the 4 guys in yesterday being treated to 20 visits and a number of chick visits.

Our first brood of chicks have been visiting the hide with mum and dad every day since Wednesday.
We're have space some days next week https://www.mikedunlevy.co.uk/kingfisher-hide/ , currently 30-50 visits per day including mating and chick visits.

Tuesday's workshop saw 49 Kingfisher visits with the birds catching 75 fish as they feed their hungry brood of chicks and this morning we had a mating on the perch before 9am.

The Kingfisher hide is performing out its skin at the moment.
Today we have had more than 40 visits by 12.30pm, 2 matings on the perches and the birds will go through 70 fish today as they feed their brood of chicks and 2 days this week we have had our otter showing in front of the hide.
We have availability for tomorrow Friday 8th May, you can’t book for tomorrow on the website currently, but if you want to book in for tomorrow text me by 7pm tonight on 07815 063367.

Our birds are in top form with both male and female visiting and getting through 40-50 fish per day as they feed their recently hatched eggs.
A wee bonus for the guys in the hide today, our Otter who has been showing regularly between 2-4pm.

Our Kingfisher eggs have hatched this week and after a quieter than normal couple of weeks we are now having between 20-30 visits per day and the Kings are going through 40-50 fish per day, turning lots to take to the nest.

A busy week last week running a workshop and 2 days of one on one tuition for clients, with an opportunity to have a click myself and a bonus for the workshop clients on Tuesday when our local otter put in appearance.
The birds remain in top order with our female now on eggs and our male being very busy turning fish to feed her.
We have some availability each day next week, it's a great time to visit.
