We have prospered by trading fairly - we want customers to come back to us again and again. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will give you a refund in full on the goods providing they are returned to us with a valid receipt and in resellable condition within 14 days. We will also refund the carriage costs if we are at fault.
