We have the sad news for you all that we are sending this letter which we know some of you have heard over the grapevine, but this is written notice we have decided to close the 1st Call trade counter we need a regular income and the business is covering its outgoings but not giving us a living Tony has been offered a position at Crown Conservatories Window & Doors to run a new trade counter in there new unit as an employee with a regular income and has accepted feel free to pop in at see Tony at Crowns new trade counter he will be happy to see you all.

Customer Closure Notice – Final Trading Day: 19th October 2026
Dear Customers,
It is with deep regret we find ourselves having to close 1st Call Fascias & Fixings Supplies.
It is in our best interests with the winter approaching and how difficult the economy is currently.
We are writing to inform you that our trade counter will be closing permanently, with our final day of trading
on Monday 19th October 2026.
We will continue to operate as normal up to this date, and all existing orders will be completed or made
available for collection before closure. If you have any outstanding items, please ensure they are collected by
Monday 19th October or make special arrangements which will need to be confirmed, there will be staff in as
we will be selling off stock at reduced prices.
Key Dates
Final trading day: Monday 19th October 2026
Last day for placing new orders: Thursday 15th October 2026
Stock clearance period: 20th –31st October 2026 (while stock lasts)
Stock Clearance
From Tuesday 20th October, we will begin a stock-clearance period to sell remaining items, including fascias,
soffits, guttering, trims, fixings, silicones, and various job-lot bundles. Discounts will be available until all
stock is sold.
