Building Materials Ltd are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join their team as a General Operative / Trainee Plant Batcher. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in the quarry and concrete industry, with full training provided to become an Asphalt or Readymix Plant Batcher.
Responsibilities -
- Assist with the day-to-day operations within the quarry, including material handling and processing.
- Learn and develop skills in batching Asphalt or Readymix concrete, with full training provided.
- Operate plant machinery safely and efficiently, following company procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any faults.
Ideal Candaite will have -
- Previous experience in a quarry, concrete, or asphalt environment is beneficial but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in plant batching.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
