I have a nice small document lock box which is ideal to keep important paperwork safe so you don't lose them. Box is 5 & 1/2 inches tall, 17 inches wide including Handel's, and 11 inches deep. Box / Tin is in cramlington in storage but I am based in killingworth so it can be collected or dropped off.

Here I have for sale a small kitchen larder or could be used for anything, it is 41 inches tall,34 inches wide, and 9 1/2 inches deep. I also have this side board which I am giving away free due to a small mark on the side, I thought it might help someone starting out potentially. it is 33 inches tall, 32 inches wide and 14 inches deep. The price is £10 for the larder and the sideboard they are in storage in cramlington, or can be collected from killingworth, and I can offer free local delivery. They can go together or on their own.

I have for sale 30 social club chairs, 26 plain design and 4 lined. They are made by the remploy company. Ideal if you need Extra seats for BBQs, Christmas, Easter etc. I'm asking £15 for 10 chairs if taken as they are due to them having plaster dust on them, I would sell less or more if needed or ideally all in one go. I will be cleaning them all up this week hopefully so once cleaned the price will be £25 for 10 chairs. I will update the advert and pricing as chairs get sold and or cleaned.
