🚧 We’re Hiring: Tool Hire Assistant – Northampton 🚧

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Tool Hire Assistant to join our team in Northampton! If you enjoy hands-on work, building customer relationships, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the role for you.

🕒 Working Hours
Full-time, Monday–Friday (07:00–16:30 or 07:30–17:00)
Plus every other Saturday (08:00–12:00)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting day-to-day tool hire operations to ensure safe and efficient service
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell
• Delivering and collecting orders accurately and safely
• Carrying out pre-delivery checks so tools are clean, safe, and ready to go
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Inspecting, testing, and performing basic repairs on tools and small plant
• Helping colleagues grow their knowledge of tool hire products
