MDAR Ltd for Velbus.eu in the UK

There's been a lot going on in the last year.
Three fantastic projects with BBC DIY SOS .
Lots of amazing private customer projects.

New design & build partners.
New regional reseller & installer partners.

And while all that has been happening, there's been a MAJOR change at head office.

Velbus Domotica is now a completely independent company, still with the same core team and development partners, but now free to grow at a faster rate.

We're very proud of our 15+ year trading partnership with and we're looking forward to the next 15+ years.

As a result of the changes and extra partnerships in the UK, Training events are being planned up and down the country.
Please let us know where you are, so we can plan an in person training event nearby.

Another great example of what happens when people work together for a common goal.

Spotted on last night's episode of BBC's DIY SOS! We're proud to see Mary Hare alumnus Chris Laing, who is a Design Consultant, using both his architectural expertise and lived experience as a Deaf person to help support another Deaf family with the construction and renovation of their home.

A true role model to our students! 💙

Hi 👋

We are all so incredibly proud of the community that came together to help this lovely deaf family.

If you want to see what community looks like, take a look at this.

The fact that the entire street put their lives on hold just to enable the team to do the magic is breathtaking.

You can see it on Tuesday 6Th Oct at 8pm on BBC One or on iaplayer

What the electricians did was fabulous, yet so simple.

The important detail is.... All qualified electricians and plumbers have the skills required already, just needs a little training to explain the differences.

Finally..... After a year of holding our breath.

The episode from this series that we had the enormous pleasure of being part of is being broadcast.

Grab a box of tissues and find a comfy seat.

"Teamwork makes the dream work."

Oh the sweet memories of this street...

You'll get to see why.... Soon enough

15/09/2026

Oh.... Not long to wait now

This is going to be one amazing series

We've VERY proud of our small involvement with one of the builds.

We're incredibly proud of all our involvement with over the last year or so.

What people are prepared to do to help their community is heart-warming and inspirational.

Put a repeat order in place for a box of tissues for EVERY week of this series, you're going to need them.

This series has our third contribution in it, no prizes for guessing which one.

Just remember, everything you see on screen is 100% genuine and the work is undertaken by amazing people who gave their time and skills freely, just to help a stranger.

🚀 Say goodbye to total CANbus network failures!

Ever had a single damaged cable or ground loop bring down an entire building installation? Not anymore.

Meet our new Velbus Domotica CANbus-to-IP Gateway.

Designed for smart buildings and industrial networks, this gateway lets you split your installation into completely independent, galvanically isolated segments. They act as one unified network, but if a physical segment gets cut, crushed, or shorted, the rest of the system keeps running flawlessly.

Two powerful modes:

🌐 Bridge Mode: Uses your IP network as a high-speed backbone for large-scale, multi-floor routing.

🕹️ Standalone Mode: Acts as an autonomous local bridge for high-risk zones.

Protect your uptime, isolate your faults, and simplify your architecture.
