🚒 Emergency Services Day 🚒

Today we’re celebrating and saying thank you to everyone who works and volunteers across our emergency services.

You may not know that Mark, one of our directors, is also a retained firefighter with Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service.

That means, very occasionally, if the pager goes while he’s at Tor-Co, you might see him suddenly running out the door! Or, if you’re speaking to him on the phone, you may find yourself being hastily transferred to someone else mid-conversation. 📞➡️🚒

We’re very proud to support Mark in his role and grateful to all those who give their time to help keep our communities safe.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE – WE ARE OPEN AS USUAL! 🚧

Just a quick heads-up that from Tuesday 1st to Friday 4th September, there will be a road closure in place on the road leading to the industrial estate.

We are OPEN as usual and customers will still be able to access us.

We have been informed that access will be maintained for our customers, although you may experience a short delay while works are taking place until it is safe for you to be let through.

RABI’s Return to School Grant opens Monday 15 June at 12pm, offering £200 per school-aged child aged 4–16 to support farming families with back-to-school costs.

There are 4,000 grants available across two phases:

➡️ Phase 1 opens Monday 15 June
➡️ Phase 2 opens Monday 29 June

We expect demand to be high, so we encourage eligible applicants to prepare in advance and apply as soon as the portal opens.

📄 Before applying, please make sure you have:

• The number of children you receive Child Benefit for
• Your Child Benefit payment amount
• A bank statement from the last two months showing your Child Benefit payment
