At Rapidrop, we believe that technology should empower people, not end up as waste. That’s why we chose to donate our used IT equipment to the Turin Trust, helping turn unused devices into life-changing opportunities.
The impact they’re making is incredible:
🖥 13,258 additional computers donated
🚛 8,175 computers shipped across the globe
♻️ 107 tonnes of IT hardware saved from waste
🎓 46,619 additional students supported
These aren’t just numbers, they represent access to education, digital inclusion, and a more sustainable future.
Closer to home, their work is just as powerful. Through their UK Local Empowerment Programme, they delivered 11,465 hours of community inclusion and training in 2025, supporting 124 individuals directly. To date, over 800 people in the Lothians have benefited, helping to reduce isolation, build skills, and overcome poverty.
For companies like Rapidrop, partnering with organisations like the Turin Trust is a simple but powerful way to make a difference. By giving our IT equipment a second life, we’re helping to close the digital divide, support communities locally and globally, and reduce environmental impact.
