We're proud to be associated with The Chestnut appeal to help raise funds & awareness for such an incredible Charity organisation!

Key facts-
-Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed in men in the Uk
-64,000 Men diagnosed annually
-1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer
- Grows slowly causes little to no early symptoms
-Every 45 minutes a father, brother or son dies in the Uk

When should you get checked-
- Aged 50 or over
- Aged from 45 if Black African or Black Caribbean
- Have family history of prostate, breast or ovarian cancers
- Urinary changes or problems

GP testing-
- Blood
- Physical check
- Urine test

We are currently setting up an awareness and fund raiser to help The Chestnut Appeal continue there excellent work in Plymouth helping our local community

🫣 Huge S*x & Weapon Dungeon Clearance 🫣

Some items & images may cause fantasies 👀

On this job we were asked to clear out a flat at the end of a tenancy, you couldn’t see the floor throughout & the smell was horrendous 😷

Our lads conducted a full flat, garage & garden clearance 💪
&
A bathroom rip out plus a bedroom partition demolition 👷

We found items & toys that our lads had never seen before, so this was very educational too 🤣

If the 50 shades of grey pit wasn’t enough, we also had to call in the bomb squad as we found a box of weapons including 3 hand grenades 🤯 

This flat was left by us ready for builders to come in and reinstate for new tenants 🏠
