Manufacturing time and lead time update…

Any new orders placed from this date, unless urgent and a special case will now be completed after Xmas.

As a company we always seem to be pretty busy with a good amount of return customers, usually we do have a bit of a quieter period in the winter months. We are a bit stretched for this time of year. Unfortunately Stan has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. With a key member of the team unable to work it is effecting manufacturing times and lead time.
The team are working hard to get on top of orders and keep up with what’s expected.

This post is to let our customers know the situation and any enquiries about completion dates or new orders to go through Martyn (07867993021).

We are all positive about Stan’s treatment and recovery. He’s doing really well with treatment and has been incredibly brave facing the challenges ahead.
