Richard joins us a Construction and Contracts Manager with over 20 years of experience in pre-construction, having held senior roles as both a Contracts Manager and Operations Manager.

He brings a high level of energy and determination to everything he does, alongside a pro-active approach that makes a real impact from day one.

With his wealth of industry experience, Richard is already embracing his current workloads and adding value across the team.

Welcome to the team, Kieran!

We’re delighted to welcome Kieran Poll to Omni Co. as our new Truss & Joist Designer.

Kieran brings with him a decade in timber engineering and design, having previously worked with a number of other timber engineering companies. His experience across both technical design and management roles will be a valuable asset to our growing team.

Alongside his professional work, Kieran is also a volunteer for the Vickers MG Collection and Research Association, reflecting his passion for engineering heritage and hands-on technical expertise.

He is currently further developing his skills by undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering degree at university.

We’re extremely excited to have Kieran on board and look forward to the knowledge, dedication, and fresh perspective he brings to Omni Co.
