Fisco Tools Fisco Tools is a tape measure manufacturer based in the U.K, and part of the Hultafors Group.

Leo Fisher founded Fisco Tools in 1940, in a small cellar in London. Since then, Fisco has spent over 70 years perfecting its range of world-renowned tape measures, exporting to over 30 countries throughout the world. In 2008, the Hultafors Group – a Swedish hand tools company that Fisco had a very close relationship with for over two decades, acquired Fisco. Hultafors is known for its innovative

hand tools that have been used by Scandinavian and European craftsmen since the late 19th century. Setting higher standards in measuring tools, Fisco’s high-tech manufacturing facility in South East England today covers over 60,000 square feet and produces over 1,500 high quality measuring instruments every hour. Fisco is a registered company under the TÜV NORD CERT 9001:2008 Quality Assurance Scheme.
