Yesterday I contacted 4 different Handtools Suppliers asking for guidance and information to support my purchase decision on a range of Trend Products.

Here is what happened

1 Company got back to me 7 hours after I made the call, his excuse was he is really busy ?

The second company gave me the contact number for the UK Trend Office which I made contact with and now I have a meeting set for Monday with the Trend RSM

The other 2 companies have yet to return my call even though I was told they would get someone to call me, buy the way one of these 2 companies is a customer of mine. He probably thought I was chasing money, I will be now

When I finally make my decision on what I need to purchase I think you can guess who will get my business.

What I am failing to understand is that in these very difficult trading times some companies can even be bothered to even pick up the phone and call you back and you wonder why so many companies are struggling ?
