Applying Flexible GRP onto Metal 🛠️

Step-by-step:
1️⃣ Prepare the metal surface with Metal Primer as instructed
2️⃣ Apply a layer of Flexible GRP over the primer
3️⃣ Add 225gsm mat to the surface
4️⃣ Apply more Flexible GRP over the mat
5️⃣ Work the resin fully into the mat
6️⃣ Allow to cure

✅ Strong, durable GRP finish on metal surfaces.

How to use:
1️⃣ Ensure the surface is clean & dry
2️⃣ Apply the primer with a brush
3️⃣ Allow to cure until dry to the touch
✅ Ready to laminate once fully dry.

How to Use TuffStuff Flexible GRP Primer 🛠️
✅ Suitable for: Asphalt, concrete, PVC, felt & timber
Step-by-step:
1️⃣ Stir the primer thoroughly in the can
2️⃣ Add the required number of level Granular Hardener scoops (based on surface temperature)
3️⃣ Stir well to fully mix the hardener
4️⃣ Apply the primer evenly to the surface
5️⃣ Allow to cure
6️⃣ Laminate as usual
💡 Always follow temperature guidelines for correct hardener ratios.

How to use:
1️⃣ Refer to the mixing chart on the tub to select the correct amount of hardener
2️⃣ Add the hardener to the resin
3️⃣ Stir thoroughly until fully mixed

✅ Once combined, the resin is ready to use.
