📍 Shipston-on-Stour (CV36 4FF)

Tippers are the Midlands’ leading builders’ merchants, proudly supplying the trade and public since 1916. We’re looking for an experienced Yard Operative to join our friendly, hardworking team at our Shipston-on-Stour branch.

🔧 The role includes:
Supervising and supporting yard staff. Stock checks, goods handling & order loading. Maintaining high Health & Safety standards. Delivering great service to our customers!

👷 What we’re looking for from you:
Forklift experience (essential)
Builders Merchant experience (essential)
Supervisory experience preferred
Reliable, motivated and hands-on

It’s been an incredible year since Shipston joined the Tippers family, and what a year it’s been! We’ve invested heavily to make the branch even better for our customers — including:

🚛 A brand-new 26T HIAB delivery truck to expand our delivery offering
🏗️ A fresh building facelift with new cladding, sprayed windows, and updated signage
🏡 Yard and exterior improvements including a larger, reorganised yard, new loose aggregate bays, and additional racking
