We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking HGV Driver to join our team. The role involves operating vehicle-mounted cranes for deliveries, as well as assisting with general yard duties. Full training on crane operation can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate HGV vehicles with mounted cranes
• Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Load and unload materials using crane equipment
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
• Assist with yard duties, including stock handling and organisation
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
• Valid HGV licence
• Previous experience preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
• Forklift licence/tickets desirable
• Good level of physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual tasks
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
