All purchases from cutting edge come with a warranty for piece of mind when you buy. We cover any faults that are there at the point of sale. We don't cover overheating, abuse, lack of lubrication, accidental damage, any attempt to repair or modify the unit or any breakages. The unit will be repaired free of charge if notified to cutting edge with in the warranty period. Any warranty claims are at the discretion of the seller.

Something different this week. A Stihl pole saw. I have never had one in before. This one is from France so a very rare model indeed. It's been well looked after so didn't take much to get it going. I cant believe how handy it is. I just lopped a few branches off my own tree and found it to be a real quality tool.

All products sold from Cutting Edge Swaffham come with a warranty. If the item is found to be faulty by the buyer that is related to the sold condition of that item then it will be repaired free of charge, or if uneconomical to do so be replaced by another item of comparable quality. If none of these options are available then a full refund can be given if the item is returned in the exact condition it was sold. Any misuse, overheating, wrong oil mixture, dropping, damaging, or customer tinkering is not covered. We do not warrant chain/blade sharpness although any blade will be replaced if it is at the end of its service life before sale. This is so genuine customers can buy from Cutting Edge Swaffham with confidence.
