Location: Tadley, Hampshire RG26 3PY
Job Title: Hiredesk Controller
County Hire is a single-depot, family-run tool & plant rental business located on the Berks/Hants border.
We have been renting plant and tools to builders, landscapers, civil engineers, utility management companies and home owners throughout Berkshire and North Hampshire since 1991.
The ideal applicant should be able to demonstrate good inter-personal skills and will have had previous experience in a customer services role, preferably within the Tool & Plant Hire industry.
The Hiredesk Controller will be responsible for:-
· the smooth running of the hire desk
· maintaining satisfactory profit margin on hire and sales
· maximising shop sales
· ensuring electrical equipment is ready for hire (PAT Testing)
