We are looking for a customer sales assistant to help in our busy yard and office. You will be on the front line dealing with our customers, so the following skills are essential:

>Customer service skills in person & over the phone
>Maintaining composure in high pressure situations
>Stock checking & rotation
>A never say no attitude
>Must be physically fit and prepared to work outside in all weathers

Some previous experience working in a builders merchant and computer literacy is preferred but no essential.

This is a key customer facing roll, so you just need the ability to provide great customer service, we can teach you the rest.
