Ultimate 4 lets you lay a bonded screed from 15mm domestic (20mm commercial) and still reach CT-C40-F7 on a 1:5 mix. Use ARDEX A 18 Screed Bonding Cement for the bond coat.

Ideal for retrofits over an existing floors without re-hanging every door..

Working over a gypsum-based subfloors? Get the prep right first 👇

👉 Remove any laitance to reveal a sound surface, then prime with ARDEX P 51 before applying ARDITEX NA

🤔 Why? Gypsum and cement-based products don’t play nicely together. Without the right prep, Ettringite can form and lead to debonding
