For all our past open air theatre goers, DOT Productions has relocated this summer…and they’re performing only a few miles away 🙂

Our 2026 tour of 'Lady Windermere's Fan' opens at a brand new venue for us!

The fabulous Westacre Theatre - Westacre Theatre’s scenic setting is centrally located just 10 minutes’ drive from Swaffham.

As some of you may know the wonderful Gooderstone Water Gardens is now closed, and we will miss seeing our regular DOTTIE audience members who have come to see us for years.

So The Westacre Theatre would be a great local alternative to Gooderstone and we'd love to see you there!

Saturday 4th July 5pm

Tickets are now on sale through the theatre's website 👇

It is with great regret that I have to announce the closure of Gooderstone Water Gardens on Friday 3rd April 2026.

My father, Billy Knights created them in 1970.

I love the Gardens, they have been my life over the past 25 years.

Ernest and I are now both in our 80s and unfortunately because of our age and my poor health, I have decided I must retire.

For the past two years we have tried to find an organisation to continue the upkeep
but with no success.

I would like to thank all Gardeners, Volunteers and Visitors who have made it possible to have the Gardens open all these years.

I thank everyone for their kind remarks.

It has been good to know that they have given so much pleasure.

Season ticket holders will be refunded (pro rata).

Please email or phone for a refund to be arranged.

I am sorry there will be no Easter Bunny Hunt this year.

With our thanks, kind regards and deep sadness,

Coral & Ernest Hoyos

🌞 It's happening on Sunday and it's set to be a scorcher!

DOT Productions is here once again with their unique comedic spin on the Jane Austen classic ‘Sense and Sensibility’ to commemorate the 250th Anniversary of her birth.

They always put on a spectacular show, no matter the weather, so expect extravagant costumes, superb acting and high spirits!

Get ready to ‘lose your heart and come to your senses’ with this breathtaking adaptation of the iconic novel, starring DOT’s own fabulously talented actors.

About ‘Sense and Sensibility’:

The Dashwood sisters have a very different approach to their love lives. Elinor has much more Sense, but Marianne has a great deal of Sensibility. Whilst uninterested in the affections of a middle-aged man Marianne just can’t help herself when a dashing young hero appears on the scene.

Hero’s, heartbreak and debonair villains, all topped off with a dashing duel, will remind you why Austen was a master of her craft.

➡️ Audience members are invited to arrive from 4.00 pm to enjoy the gardens and watch the stellar performance. Please bring picnic chairs and blankets as there is no seating available. This is an open air performance in the garden.

📅 Sunday 13th July, 5.30 pm with an interval.

🎟️ Tickets £17 on the door (or online via Eventbrite). All proceeds from the play are donated to a selected charity.
