It’s National Apprenticeship Week, so we wanted to shine a light on our own at our Birmingham branch
Harry joined Eagle Plant seven months ago at just 16 years old. He is currently studying an engineering course at Stafford College NSCG, travelling around 40–45 minutes from Wheaton Aston to attend both college and work placements with us.
Harry has shown real dedication, balancing work and studying. With his provisional driving licence secured, he’s looking forward to gaining even more independence soon.
In the workshop, Harry particularly enjoys servicing machines and getting hands-on with plant equipment. While inflating tyres and greasing might not be his favourite tasks, he’s embracing all aspects of the role. Once qualified, Harry hopes to continue working within the plant industry, something we’re delighted to hear.
